A little about me:

I began my Real Estate career in August of 2006. I had the extreme pleasure and privilege of affiliating with A.B. Cole Real Estate in 2008. I assure you have chosen the right Brokerage to work with. I acquired my Associate Brokers license in May of 2011 after completing an additional 75 hours of classroom training and passing the local board exam, as well as, the state exam. I have assisted and completed over 100 residential real estate sales. My focus is working with first time homebuyers, transactions dealing with investment properties and selling residential properties in Livingston and Wyoming Counties. I do work outside of these areas on a case-by-case basis.

Working, hiking, biking, gardening, reading, and most of all, spending time with my family and my dogs

My promise to you:

Selling or buying a home is a complex matter. This is most likely the largest sale or purchase you have ever made. I understand how emotional and stressful this time can be for my customer. I firmly believe that someone in the transaction needs to stay cool, calm, and collected. That person needs to be me, and will be me. I understand that you wish to buy the home at the lowest price possible, and will use my negotiating skills, and do my homework to be sure you are buying at or below market value. If you are a seller I will present you with properties competing with yours, and what has sold in the past. Armed with this information you can make an informed decision on pricing your home. I also believe in attending all showings especially if your home is occupied. I only use lock boxes on vacant properties. Your home will be listed on the New York State Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, and the A.B. Cole Real Estate web site. All inquiries are answered in a timely fashion and logged. I share this information with my customer, as well as any feedback I receive positive or negative in nature.

My main goal is find you a home suitable for you and your family or market and sell your home. This is what I do!
